I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront, enjoying a superb location across from the ferry terminal with gorgeous views of Casco Bay. The staff, especially the bartender Sloan, were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my experience even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter some issues with room maintenance and cleanliness that detracted from an otherwise pleasant visit.
